We where invited along to the factory and saw a guy finishing off a window unit. He put so much effort into to make a great final finish it was very impressive (he didnt know we where watching). We explained what we we wanted which was an oversized door with a screen and cat flap aperture.He went through many options and we decided based on his advice. Another person came to measure who was very impressive, we ordered and a date set for installation.The fitter was very efficient and again really new his stuff. The quality of the product was 110% and the whole process was very seamless. I work in contracts and I only wish the trades people I have to deal where impressive and easy to deal with as Mr Window - a highly recommended company, we wont hesitate to use when we get the whole house done.

Professionalism like you would expect. Great Team all around from the sales team, to the engineers/response team & over the phone.Had a small issue with the lock and it felt like they stressed over it more than I did.
