Quality product and really great staff, nothing seems to be too much trouble.
Local too, which is peace of mind, rather than dealing with a national company where you could wait weeks should an issue arise.
A firm that's stood the test of time, never had an issue.

I have found Mr Window to be a very professional company over the years and have used them on many projects, ranging from 5-60 plot size developments in the Kent area. I have found them to be very helpful with estimating and Andrew has been an excellent contact to get everything in place prior to works commencing. The works are always on programme and the quality has been superb, which is why I keep going back to them with new contracts. The site personnel are very friendly , helpful and well organised, especially Martin who has been working on my projects for many years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and look forward to working with them again on a new project in Goudhurst, Kent.

Ordered windows supply only — excellent quality throughout, with every measurement spot on. Communication was great from start to finish, and Guri in sales was fantastic to deal with. Overall, an outstanding service and I’ll definitely be using them again for my next project.

Needed quick fix of broken sash window. Was able to get measurement done and order of specialized glass quickly. Steve the glazier very helpful and professional and job very well priced. Would have no hesitation in using again.

Totally happy with Mr Window, they fitted some sliding doors to replace a bodged bi-fold door installation from a competitor, they are good value and the fitters are ace (Mike) the owner Glen came and viewed the doors to check everything was good with the doors and service, totally happy

Mr Windows (Mike and Steve) did a great job on a complex project removing repairing a refitting bifold doors and frames. Always providing us with confidence and a great outcome in terms of the doors now working like new. Clare in the office was good to communicate with and Steve and Mike were a pleasure to have on site.

I am a landlady and asked Mr Window assist me replacing a window on the side of my property due to a disaster and the rain falling inside the wall of the property. You can only imagine. Its my home and regardless of the fact I rent this property which I still love have a duty of care to myself, the property let alone the Tennent whom lives there to ensure it is water tight as we move into the winter months. The staff from Mr Window were not only knowledgeable but came out and replaced it with no trouble at all and it looks great. The team were easy to get on with from the first call to completion and that result was just what I needed I will be placing further works with them way.

MrWindow completely knocked it out of the park with 4 sets of French doors for our property refurb, they look amazing - As near to timber in looks but with low maintenance practicality!
We’re so pleased with the quality, speed of delivery & service we received - Top notch.
The MrWindow delivery driver was very helpful too, didn’t baulk and got stuck in to help us move the doors to the back of the house, which is some distance.

We where invited along to the factory and saw a guy finishing off a window unit. He put so much effort into to make a great final finish it was very impressive (he didnt know we where watching). We explained what we we wanted which was an oversized door with a screen and cat flap aperture.
He went through many options and we decided based on his advice. Another person came to measure who was very impressive, we ordered and a date set for installation.
The fitter was very efficient and again really new his stuff. The quality of the product was 110% and the whole process was very seamless. I work in contracts and I only wish the trades people I have to deal where impressive and easy to deal with as Mr Window - a highly recommended company, we wont hesitate to use when we get the whole house done.

The first person I spoke to was Jane who was very helpful. When I asked some technical questions she said she was not sure and passed me over to yourself. Your knowledge convinced me to get your rep down to give me a quote, it all went well I’m pleased to say.
My contacts with Jane made me feel part of your company, Tuesday 26th came and your fitter Dominic arrived just after 8 am. His work is first class, paying and giving attention to his detail and making sure I was happy with your product.

I’ve finally got around to fitting the window I purchased from you in April and felt I had to send a email telling you how pleased I am with the result.
The window was perfect and easily fitted, everything was square and the fitting instructions and advice gave me the professional finish I was looking for.
Lastly the internet quotation service is spot on and I hope you will expand this further as much as its nice to have people to help you I just want to get on and this service gives me that.
