Really pleased with the service provided by Mr Window. Everything from the quote, survey and making and fitting of the windows was dealt with efficiently. Communication was good throughout. Excellent customer service the fitters were very professional.

The windows on my property had become steamed up. I contacted Mr Window and a surveyor arrived to measure up. The quotation was received next day. All was ready to replace the windows when lockdown occurred. As soon as lockdown had been changed to enable the windows to be replaced an Engineer was provided within a few days and the work carried out professionally with no mess at the conclusion of the work.I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Window Ltd for all work associated with double glazing and patio doors.

Very professional service from start to finish .But now I arrive home 3 weeks later from holiday to find 3messages on my phone saying my bill was unpaid. This bill was paid on the day the windows were installed . It took three phone calls from me with all the cheque details and date it was cashed before their accountant admitted the payment had gone through. No apology . Not happy

The team at Mr Window were great, I went in with to get a spare part for my old door (was fitted before we moved in 15 years ago), the chap in the office was helpful and polite . He passed me on to one of the gentlemen out in the factory who straight away sorted out the part I needed, and sent me back in to the office, where the price was discussed, well I'm not going to say how much but I'm very pleased and needless to say this review, well deserved.I do have a window that I need to replace, and when I have the spare cash, I know where I'm going, my own decision because at no point was there any kind of trying to sell to me, which was a nice breath of fresh air.Well done Mr Window Benfleet.

I had 2 doors, supply only, to fit to some out buildings by myself.In a world where every tom dick and harry seem to be trying to sell you double-glazing it's so refreshing to find a double glazing company who have time for every size and type of customer and is down to earth to boot.I ordered near Christmas and was informed there would be a slight delay as a result, but within 3 weeks I had my doors delivered as per my measurements.3 months later and I had one door slightly catching due to increase in temperature (i fitted a 0 degrees c!), I asked for advice on the door hinges and Mr Window went out of their way to send an engineer within 3 days to explain and fix the problem... Thoroughly impressed by the level of service given they didn't even fit my door! They manufacture on-site in Hadleigh so pricing is going to be competitive, Glen seriously knows his product too so all the more Kudos there.

New windows and doors look amazing. The whole experience was easy and no hassle at all, my questions answered and there was many and mind changes. Tony the installer was fantastic, no mess and all windows and doors were finished to a very high standard, we didn't have to do a thing and we had walls cut out and a bay window go in..... would definitely recommend 😃👍

I had looked at a lot of Window and Door Companies and decided to go with Mr Window. From the Sales visit to completion we felt completely at ease with the process and had confidence that any questions would be answered. There was no pressure at all on the purchase (unlike others who had visited) and when the products arrived, I loved them. Made specifically to my own specifications and and colour, just right. Highly recommended for anyone thinking about making their home their own.

Nice sales manager. Excellent fitters of new conservatory roof for 6m x 3m space. Arrived on time to remove old plastic roof and refitted new glass roof. Clean whole conservatory on completion. They couldn't have done more and finished the job to a high standard.I need new windows in another property so will definitely be asking them to do it for me. Well done Mr Windows!
