Just a short note to thank you very much for replacing my windows. After the mix-up over the total price of them, you could have just refunded my deposit, but instead you honoured the contract, which was good of you. Also I’d like to thank you for replacing the hinges. I was worried about that in case there was a fire and we couldn’t get out of them. All in all I’m very pleased with them, so thank you once again.
